The contract scope involves all necessary maintenance and repair services for school facilities as specified in the performance work statement. The contractor maintains a limit of liability of $5,000 for material and labor costs for any single demand maintenance event, which includes the repair or replacement of individual pieces of equipment. All work within this limit of liability is performed under preventive maintenance CLINs at no additional cost to the government. The contract also allows for up to four demand maintenance occurrences valued between $5,000 and $20,000 per contract year, though these limits are halved for CLINs with a six-month period of performance.

The government may issue task orders for demand maintenance or repair services for requirements that exceed the limit of liability.
