20200902 - The purpose of this update is to post Amendment 0001 to the Solicitation W9124C-20-R-0007. The Amendment removes a statement added to M.3.1 Factor 1/Subfactor 1: Construction Experience, erroneously added in Amendment 0001. As a result of this Amendment, the Solicitation will not be extended. All other terms and conditions remain the same. 20200901 - The purpose of this update is to post Amendment 0001 to the Solicitation W9124C-20-R-0007, the answers to the RFIs submitted, the updated Attachment V - PRS, and new Attachments IX, X, and XI in response to an RFI submitted. 20200812 - The purpose of this update is to post the sign-in sheet from the site visit held on 11 August 2020. No other changes have been made. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Jackson has a requirement to procure services for IMCOM, DPW, Engineering Divisionfor for a broad range of real property repair and construction at Fort Jackson. Potential projects include, but are not limited to, administrative facilities, maintenance shops, child development centers, physical fitness centers, maintenance shops, food service facilities, airfield structures (including rigid and flexible paving), roads, athletic fields, bridges, underground utilities, overhead utilities, gates, warehouses, and auditoriums. Projects may include incidental design, testing, studies, surveys, and abatement for lead-based paint (LBP) or asbestos containing materials (ACM). Projects may need to be developed from a conceptual idea. Facility repairs, renovations, and construction. The services covered by this contract are for real property repair and construction. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP)Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The anticipated period of performance will be28 Sep 2020 to27Sep 2025, resulting in aone (1) year base and four (4) year option periods. This procurement will be competitively procured as a Hub-Zone Small Business Set-aside.
