Solicitation W911SA23B2016 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed-price contract. This solicitation will be 100% Small Business. Project magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Period of Performance: Work is to be completed NLT 09 Jul 2024, anticipated award Jul 2023.
