Work to be performed will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238990 with a small business size standard of $19.0 Million. Solicitation W911SA23B2016 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed-price contract. This solicitation will be 100% Small Business. Project magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Period of Performance: Work is to be completed NLT 09 Jul 2024, anticipated award Jul 2023. The purpose of Amendment 1 is to answer vendor questions, update Attachment 1 Wage Determinations, and extend the offer due date. The purpose of Amendment 2 is to revise answer to vendor questions.
