RFLP Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Center Development at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, Eielson Air Force Base, and Clear Space Force Station

The Department of the Air Force, through the 772 ESS PK, is issuing solicitation AFCEC-26-R-0006 to solicit proposals for the development of commercial Artificial Intelligence data centers in Alaska. Under the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 2667 and Executive Order 13327, the government intends to lease underutilized land parcels at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, Eielson Air Force Base, and Clear Space Force Station to qualified developers. Qualified offerors may propose projects for one or more of the identified installations based on commercial viability to secure a long-term ground lease agreement.
