Management of Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) retail fuel facilities at Laughlin AFB, TX and Randolph AFB, TX

The Defense Logistics Agency Energy is soliciting fuel management services for Government-Owned Contractor-Operated retail fuel facilities at Laughlin Air Force Base and Randolph Air Force Base in Texas.
