Management of Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) retail fuel facilities at Laughlin AFB, TX and Randolph AFB, TX

The Defense Logistics Agency Energy is seeking fuel management services for government-owned contractor-operated retail fuel facilities located at Randolph Air Force Base and Laughlin Air Force Base in Texas.
