Management of Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) retail fuel facilities at Laughlin AFB, TX and Randolph AFB, TX

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Energy, has issued solicitation SPE603-25-R-0512 for fuel management services at Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) retail fuel facilities located at Randolph AFB and Laughlin AFB in Texas. The scope of work involves the receipt, storage, transfer, issuance, and accounting of fuel and cryogenic products using best commercial practices.
